Episode 30 - Leading Teams with Army Veteran Adrienne Sherk
Episode 30 is up, and, in the words of the 🐐 Mike Fulton, this one is a “big time leader and a ferocious defender”. We are joined by MC legend Adrienne Sherk (maiden name Adrienne Payne), who was an all-everything point guard for the Wildcats back in the day, and went on to play D-I basketball at West Point and later served with the US Army in Iraq. Adrienne is a true leader - a great human, a tough and smart basketball player, and a veteran who served our country and led troops in battle. This was an awesome discussion with someone much braver and cooler than we could ever dream of being. We also give a quick update on NorCals, including some love for Branson boys basketball historic run in the NorCal Open Division, the Redwood girls basketball NCS D-2 title and NorCal bid, the incredible San Domenico boys basketball journey to the D-5 NorCal title game, and last but not least, Dave’s San Domenico girls basketball historic run to an NCS title and an invitation into the Division II NorCal bracket.
